Nancy Schnog is a freelance writer who resides in Damariscotta, Maine. Her education articles, human-interest stories, and personal essays have appeared in The Washington Post, AARP, and Oprah Daily, among several other media outlets. She is co-editor of Inventing the Psychological: Toward a Cultural History of Emotional Life in America. Her project-in-process is a memoir titled, Spark and Ember: First Love—Remember.
