Fran Catterton is the owner and operator of Pretty Parlor in Annapolis Maryland. She has been a licensed/practicing esthetician and makeup artist since 2003. Trained at a holistic esthetics school in Maui, Hawaii she returned back to Maryland to put her knowledge to use. She has been certified in eyelash extensions since they were first launched in 2006.
